Parsec Files Factory Terms of Service

1. About the application
Parsec Files Factory is an owner-operated internal publishing and channel management system, operated by Caio Martins (individual). It is intended to assist with content production and management of the Parsec Files YouTube channel. It is not a public service and is not offered to third parties.
2. YouTube Terms of Service
Parsec Files Factory uses YouTube API Services. By using Parsec Files Factory you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Use is also subject to the Google Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
3. Authorized accounts only
The application operates only on the YouTube channel the owner has explicitly authorized through Google OAuth. Before every action it verifies that the authorized channel is exactly Parsec Files.
4. Owner control
The owner decides which videos may be uploaded, their title, description and privacy status (public, unlisted or private), and can pause the application or revoke its access at any time.
5. No guarantees
The application is provided as is. There is no guarantee of views, subscribers, monetization, revenue, or acceptance into the YouTube Partner Program.
6. Responsibility
The owner is responsible for the lawful use of all content produced or published with the application and for complying with YouTube's Community Guidelines and the rules of any external platform used.
7. Discontinuation and revocation
Access to the application may be discontinued at any time. Google account authorization can be revoked at any time via the Google security settings page.

How Google user data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
